Purpose

The Board of Directors of Bader Hillel Academy plays a vital role in guiding the school’s mission, vision, and long-term sustainability. In partnership with school leadership, the Board ensures that Bader Hillel Academy continues to deliver an exceptional education rooted in academic excellence, Jewish values, and care for every child.

The Board is responsible for strategic planning, organizational oversight, and fiduciary stewardship, working to safeguard the school’s resources and strengthen its future on behalf of students, families, and the broader community.

Bader Hillel Academy is governed by an Executive Board, supported by standing committees and in close collaboration with school leadership, who serve in an ex-officio capacity.
